Refund Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026
Chrome Channel (Paddle Web Payment)
Subscriptions purchased through the Chrome web-payment flow are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Cancelling stops the next renewal at the end of the current paid period; it is not a refund and does not create a prorated refund. Refund eligibility, the request procedure, and processing time are governed by Paddle's own refund policy and applicable consumer law. To request a refund, use the "Request refund" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction receipt email. If you cannot find the receipt, contact Paddle Buyer Support; never send payment-card details to us. A refund approved for the current active period may result in immediate loss of subscriber features once the corresponding subscription is cancelled.
Safari Channel (Apple App Store In-App Purchase)
Subscriptions purchased through Safari/iOS are billed as an Apple in-app purchase. Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested directly through Apple's own channel: reportaproblem.apple.com, or the Subscriptions section of your App Store account settings. As the developer, we do not have the ability to process or issue refunds for App Store purchases directly; Apple makes the final determination.
Free Tier
The free tier, including guest mode, does not require payment, so no refund is applicable.
After Cancelling a Subscription
Cancelling stops future auto-renewal but does not delete your data. Your cloud-stored LLM configurations remain on our servers; if your subscription lapses, the Extension still gives you a short grace period to fetch your existing configuration locally before you would need to re-enter your API key manually. See the "Login & Subscription" guide in our documentation for full details.
